the anti-aging secrets no one is talking about…

There are superfoods in a class of their own when it comes to keeping you young…

Foods that stop the biological clock in your body if consumed in the right quality and quantity…

And this will happen at any age and manifest most prominently through your more youthful looking hair, nails, and skin

You’ll know the nutrients are working when you start seeing heads turn as you pass…

And when your friends and peers literally beg you to let them into the secret…

Thinking you’re using one of the priciest creams under the sun!

And then you drop their jaws to the hard floor when you finally unveil the magic!

The following foods will help you stock up on some of the most powerful anti-aging nutrients ever known to humanity:

  • Olive Oil— contains monounsaturated fats that support healthy arteries and the heart. It also loads polyphenols–a potent antioxidant that helps prevent a number of age-related diseases.

Organic extra-virgin olive oil will give you the best value for your buck.

  • Red wine— a glass of wine daily may indeed have a positive effect on your health due to its resveratrol content, a unique antioxidant that can help fight against diabetes, heart disease, and age-related memory loss.
  • Beans–the unique proteins in beans thicken and strengthen your hair cells so you can enjoy a full head of thick, luscious hair as the years slide by.
  • Brazil Nuts— they’re rich in selenium, a mineral which aids in the production of the antioxidant glutathione to help slow down the skin aging process.

Just a few nuts a day will provide you with enough selenium to reap its anti-aging benefits.

  • Tomatoes–they’re rich in lycopene, which has been shown to support heart health and healthy cholesterol levels as you age.

Lycopene also acts as a natural sun block to keep your skin youthful and protected from the harmful UV rays.

  • Raspberries & Blueberries–these two berries contain important antioxidants that help neutralize inflammation and oxidative stress that contribute to skin aging and wrinkles.

Just one serving of either contains more antioxidants than 10 servings of most other fruits and vegetables.

  • Organic Eggs— despite the bashing that eggs get due to their cholesterol content, which is anchored on completely erroneous science, eggs are rich in biotin and iron, which help promote healthy, youthful skin and hair.

You’ve certainly heard that fish oil is essential for a healthy heart, brain, immune system, eyes, joints, hormonal balance, and good moods.

However, and this is a bit sad…

Here’s something you may not know…

Research shows that fish oil may also be the most effective way to revitalize your skin, nails, and hair so they look their healthiest and most attractive…

Yes…fish oil can be like the fountain of youth in a bottle, helping you regain the beauty of your youth.

But there is a caveat…

You reap these benefits only if you choose the right type of fish oil

And there are two major problems that will stand in your way…

Most people skimp on Omega-3s–the number one nutrient in fish oil that makes it such a powerhouse for your health and amazing looks.

Omega-3s are a family of very healthy fatty acids that include EPA and the even more important DHA.

These types are critical to your health in many ways, such as supporting a healthy inflammatory response, which is crucial because unhealthy levels of inflammation are involved in so many serious health issues and “old-looking” skin.

However, the body cannot produce Omega-3s on its own, so you must get them in your diet.

Now, the primary source of these EPA and DHA omega-3s is fish, krill, and other sea life, and therein lies the number one big problem…

Because while our ancestors ate plenty of these foods, today most people are consuming far too little of them and are severely deficient in omega-3s.

In fact, 90% of people who eat sea food barely eat the minimum amount of two 3 & 1/2 ounce servings of fatty fish and seafood each week as recommended by the American Heart Association.

Now, flip the script…

Most people today are consuming far too much of another type of fatty acids called Omega-6.

In excess, these omega-6s are pro-inflammatory, which can lead to a range of serious health issues and early aging of your skin, nails, and hair.

And you can blame today’s typical dietary habits for the vast overconsumption of omega-6s, such as eating far too many processed and packaged foods loaded with refined oils high in omega-6s.

The most tragic thing is that the balance between omega-6 versus omega-3 is way off the charts. Most people have a ratio of around 15:1

Meanwhile, the ideal ratio ought to be around 4:1

And because of this imbalance, people are paying a very steep price–from looking older than their real age to courting some very serious health problems.

So, how can you tell if you’re sliding down south?

Some of the most common signs of an imbalance are:

  • Dry skin, rough patches on skin, and otherwise prematurely “old-looking” skin
  • Dry hair and/or dandruff
  • Brittle nails
  • Dry eyes
  • Trouble focusing or concentrating
  • Irritability
  • Mood swings
  • Fatigue/low energy
  • Poor quality sleep
  • Joint discomfort–pains, aches

But it’s not all doom and gloom…

Supplements are a good source of hope in this rather bleak situation

But even then, there’s still a problem…

Most omega-3 supplements out there are fake, if not downright risky!

According to the International Fish Oil Standards (IFOS) program–the only 3rd party testing and certification program for fish oils, so many fish oil supplements do not even contain the amount of EPA and DHA claimed on the label.

Not only that…

Most supplements do not load enough essential DHA. Both the EPA and DHA fatty acids in omega-3s are important, but DHA is easily the King-Kong…

Yet, when you look at typical fish oil/krill oil/omega-3 supplements, you’ll see so many pack considerably more EPA than DHA.

You see, DHA generally exceeds EPA by 5-fold to 30-fold in most tissues of your body. In fact, DHA is the most predominant fatty acid in the brain and eye tissue, where it’s several hundred-fold more abundant than EPA.

Research strongly suggests DHA may have more profound benefits than EPA. So ensure your supplement provides more of it.

In a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, DHA was shown to improve both memory and reaction time.

Worse still, most supplements run the risk of becoming rancid and unstable i.e. stale and bland.

You see, omega-3 fatty acids such as DHA and EPA are polyunsaturated fats that are delicate and prone to oxidation. This occurs when unsaturated fats get exposed to oxygen, heat, and light.

That exposure leads to the production of free radicals and harmful compounds, as well as rancidification–which results in that unpleasant smell and taste.

Unfortunately, most companies don’t test for rancidity or take the additional necessary steps to protect these delicate oils.

In a study on the quality of popular omega-3 supplements published in Scientific Reports, researchers found the vast majority of supplements exceeded the recommended levels of oxidative markers.

In fact, they found that 83% of the samples tested exceeded the recommended levels of peroxide values (PV), which is an indicator of freshness.

And then there is the contamination problem

If their ineffectiveness and rancidity are not bad enough, so many supplement makers do zero independent testing of their products…

And so many omega-3 supplements are, therefore, contaminated with heavy metals and other dangerous toxins like mercury, PCBs, dioxins, furans, and much more, which can be harmful to your health, and can lead to endocrine, neurobehavioral and developmental disruptions.

Now, with such serious issues plaguing so many fish and krill oils, what about plant-based omega-3s?

Unfortunately, they won’t do the trick…

Because they contain a different type of omega-3 fatty acids called ALA, which is not equivalent to and does not provide the EPA or the DHA your body especially requires.

So, you now know the big problems…

But what’s the right thing to do?

Taking the right type of omega-3s is mission-critical for the health of your heart, brain, immune system, eyes, joints, and moods…

Not to mention combating early aging.

A major study published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that women with the highest intake of omega-3 fats showed the appearance of better skin aging, including less wrinkles, dryness, and skin atrophy–the degeneration and thinning of the epidermis & dermis, and it’s usually a manifestation of aging.

Multiple studies have shown omega-3s can help improve the appearance of sun-damaged skin, help with dry, red, scaly, and patchy skin, as well as help increase skin elasticity and balance out oily skin.

A study published in The American Journal of Human Genetics found that supplementing with omega-3 supplements helped women combat hair loss, improve hair density and diameter.

Research has shown that omega-3s can protect and even lengthen telomeres–a key biomarker of aging, which is critical to anti-aging because telomeres generally shorten with age.

The foregoing expose seems to inarguably point to one thing…

That you’re deficient in the right omega-3s

But don’t freak out because there are supplements that fulfill the exacting standards of what the right omega-3 supplement is!

One of them is OmegaKrill

Which is the unique 2-in-1 fish and krill oil supplement that provides your body with the right research-backed types and proportions of omega-3 fatty acids and astaxanthin.

That means guaranteed fast and maximum results for you!

You see, OmegaKrill earned the prestigious 5-Star rating from the International Fish Oil standards program. This is the only independent fish oil testing and certification program that sets the world’s highest standards for potency, purity, and freshness

And this elite distinction of OmegaKrill was for good reasons…

It loads the ultimate potency–120 mg EPA and 1040 mg of DHA— a rare and powerful combination for optimal full-body benefits.

Maximum absorption is yet another benefit you get from OmegaKrill. You get omega-3s in their natural triglyceride form. This best preserves the delicate olis, thereby enhancing their absorption.

Even better, OmegaKrill has no trace of rancidity and instability because it incorporates the meticulous process known as “Supercritical C02 Extraction“, which purifies and concentrates the omega-3 fatty acids without the use of heat.

This results in a stable shelf-life with guaranteed freshness and zero “fishy taste” or the disgusting fish burps–no aftertaste.

No worries about contamination, too. BioTrust ensures OmegaKrill is tested by 3rd party labs to guarantee purity, potency, and safety.

To crown it all, the capsules are small and easy-to-swallow softgels about the size of a Tic-Tac…

Plus, every serving loads a powerful form of Astaxanthin–the premier form of one of nature’s most potent antioxidants for anti-aging.

This astaxanthin is known as the “beauty from-within” nutrient because it can access all the skin layers to enhance overall skin health by greatly improving moisture, elasticity and reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

You’ve no reason not to boast the sharpest brain, a healthy heart firing on all cylinders…
